John’s story is one that reminds us why Free on the Inside exists. After spending 15 years in the state prison system, John was released last month with nothing but the clothes on his back and a newfound faith in Jesus Christ.
Through our Reentry Support program, we were able to provide John with a ‘Fresh Start’ kit, transportation to his first job interview, and a connection to a local church family that has embraced him as a brother.
